5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of damaged/defective products, we will cover the return shipping and replacement cost.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
